www.ventureware.co.uk offer FREE delivery for all products ordered placed before 12 noon. This is subject to stock availability. Items are despatched by 2nd Class post. We will advise you of any expected delays as soon as possible and give you a revised or expected delivery date.

Delivery is to the customer's home address only.

Please inspect your parcel thoroughly on arrival, any damages or short shipments should be immediately informed to our Customer Service Helpdesk on 01404 549649 or email us on sales@venturewear.co.uk.

Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods. In this event, simply complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note and follow the appropriate instructions. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us (if unused) within 14 days of the purchase for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.

Items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)

All information including prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
